Kanye West settles legal dispute with former employee Lauren Pisciotta

Kanye West has reached a settlement with his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, concerning sexual harassment. 

Court documents show the agreement was reached on July 23 and filed in a Los Angeles court this week. 

The settlement is described as unconditional, and the case is expected to be officially dismissed within 45 days. 

No details of the agreement have been made public.

Pisciotta sued West in June 2024, accusing him of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and creating a hostile work environment. 

She claimed she began working for the rapper in 2021 while he was preparing to launch his Yeezy fashion line. The lawsuit states that she was offered a $1 million salary and was expected to be available at all times.

She also claimed West asked her to delete her OnlyFans account and promised to increase her salary to $2 million a year to make up for her lost income. However, she alleged that the raise never happened. 

Pisciotta further accused West of sending her explicit text messages, sharing sexual images and videos, and making unwanted sexual advances. She also claimed she was fired in 2022 and never received a promised $3 million severance payment.

West’s legal team denied the allegations, calling the lawsuit baseless. They claimed Pisciotta tried to blackmail the rapper and said they planned to take legal action against her.
