Government has reduced petrol and diesel prices.
The government has reduced the prices of petroleum products, according to a notification issued by the Ministry of Petroleum.
The price of petrol has been reduced by Rs. 3.39 per liter, bringing the new price to Rs. 328.56 per liter.
The price of high-speed diesel has also been cut by Rs. 4.07 per liter. Following the reduction, the new price of diesel has been set at Rs. 385.86 per liter.
According to the notification, the revised fuel prices took effect on August 05.
