
Board stated that a total of 77,251 students appeared in the 10th class exams.
The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has announced the 2026 annual matric results, in which male students secured all top positions this year.
According to official results, Ahmed from Balochistan Residential College (BRC) Loralai secured first position with 1,051 marks. Matiullah from BRC Zhob came second with 1,050 marks. Younus Khan and Muhammad Mudasir, both from BRC Loralai, shared third position with 1,046 marks each.
The board stated that a total of 77,251 students appeared in the 10th class exams, out of which 69,002 passed, making the overall pass percentage 89.32%. For 9th class exams, 68,517 students appeared and 50,400 passed, with a pass percentage of 73.56%.
Education officials said the results show good academic performance across the province and noted that boys secured top positions this year, while overall pass rates also showed improvement.
After the announcement, celebrations were seen in schools and colleges across Balochistan, where students, parents, and teachers welcomed the results and expressed hope for further progress in education.
