US TV anchor Savannah Guthrie’s mother Nancy Guthrie is ‘still somewhere around her home’, a self-styled investigator has claimed sparking reactions on social media.
Jonathan Lee-Riches, who goes by JLR on X, formerly Twitter handle, made these claimed on Saturday.
He tweeted, “Until proven otherwise, Nancy Guthrie is still somewhere around her home!!”
Jonathan’s remarks have sparked reactions from the fans and friends with one saying, “This is why I want Nanos gone. I believe if Nanos leaves his Sheriff position Nancy will be found.”
Another said, “Why does it appear like they are not actively looking for her?”
The third commented, “I’ve Been Screaming This For 3 Months.”
Moreover, the reporter further claimed, “Reports out that Sheriff Nanos is no longer talking with the Guthrie family.
“FBI is talking with the Guthrie family instead.”
The fresh claims came days after Sheriff Chris Nanos, who is handling the Nancy disappearance case, confirmed that their team is deliberately “keeping secrets” from the public on the case.
According to a report by the OK! Magazine, when asked about the alleged “secrets,” Nanos said “Yes, absolutely there are. But it’s not done because we got [to] keep it a secret. It’s done because we got to protect our case.”
The police officer further said, “I believe, at some point in time, we will make an arrest on this case.”
“And whoever that individual is, that individual will have a right to a fair and impartial trial. We continue to work with our labs, whether it’s on the digital end or the biological end, with DNA,” Nanos said.
