Months have passed, and reportedly no key clue about Nancy Guthrie’s whereabouts has been made public.

Amid her disappearance remains unresolved, her daughter Savannah, along with her husband Mike Feldman, made a public appearance.

This time at the 2026 U.S. Open men’s singles final.

Her appearance at the match shows the TODAY anchor gradually returning to public and professional life at a time when she is battling the loss of her mother.

Meanwhile, Savannah recently commented that her Nancy caught the attention of Jonathan Lee Riches, or JLR, a self-described investigative reporter who is fervently following the disappearance case.

On social media, he pointed out that the anchor referred to her mother in the past tense.

While discussing her professional plans of shooting her show in Ireland, she gushed, “I love that we’re all going. I’ve never been to Ireland.”

Savannah Guthrie refers to Nancy in past tense, crime junkie reporter notes.

But perhaps unwittingly, Savannah mentioned her mom in past tense.

“My mother’s family — my mother was Irish, [as was] her grandmother. They were from Galway.”

Her use of the past tense doesn’t necessarily imply Nancy’s status.

Still, Savannah has been open about her dread for her mom’s well-being.

Only last month, she shared an emotional post on Instagram, writing, “This is our beautiful Mom. Six months ago, someone took her out of her bed in the dead of night.”

“We have lived every moment, every breath, and every heartbeat in agony and despair ever since,” she penned.
