Matty Healy and Gabriette tie the knot at former Madonna estate in Los Angeles

The 1975 frontman and model got married in a ceremony at Castillo del Lago in the Hollywood Hills
Matty Healy and Gabriette Bechtel have married in a private ceremony at Castillo del Lago, the former Los Angeles home of Madonna.
The 37-year-old The 1975 frontman and the 28-year-old model, musician and actress exchanged vows on Saturday, July 18, at the Spanish Colonial Revival mansion in the Hollywood Hills.
Healy wore a classic black tuxedo, while Bechtel chose a white wedding gown with a long veil attached to her half-up, half-down hairstyle.
Following the ceremony in the mansion’s garden, the newlyweds posed for photographs, with Healy dipping and kissing his bride before the reception.
Castillo del Lago, located near the Hollywood Sign, was built in 1926 for Patrick Longden and designed by architect John DeLario.
Madonna purchased the 10,500-square-foot property in 1993 before selling it four years later. The mansion also served as a filming location for the 1963 horror film House of the Damned.
A number of well-known guests attended the wedding, including Charli xcx and her husband George Daniel, Healy’s bandmate in The 1975.
Also present were Anastasia Karanikolaou, Fai Khadra, Alex Consani, Devon Lee Carlson and her fiancé Duke Nicholson, Sydney Lynn Carlson, Tyrell Hampton, Alex O’Connor and Quenlin Blackwell.
Healy and Bechtel were first linked in September 2023 after they were photographed together in New York City. The couple announced their engagement in June 2024.
The wedding marks the latest milestone in the couple’s relationship after nearly three years together.
