Kylie Jenner tours her $15m ‘dream house’ still under construction
Kylie Jenner is giving an insider look at the progress on her long-awaited dream home, six years after purchasing the five-acre, $15 million property back in 2020.
The reality star and makeup mogul, 29, shared a YouTube vlog on Sunday touring her Hidden Hills, California, construction site.
“I’m going to go to my construction site,” the makeup mogul, 29, said in the video. “I have to do some approvals and you’re coming with me. Let’s go.”
The tour started outside, with Jenner showing off landscaping details like lavender bushes, old olive trees, and a planned rose garden.
She also shared a glimpse of her reclaimed cobblestone driveway before heading into the Italian-style home to show its reclaimed wood flooring, plaster color choices for the main living areas, and a vintage fireplace and brick set to be installed in the entryway.
Inside, Jenner walked through her kitchen cabinetry ahead of staining, another fireplace, a basement gym, a spa area, and guest bathrooms featuring stone and vintage tile work.
She wrapped the tour outdoors with a gravel sports court, a fountain, and a pizza oven for future gatherings.
“That is it for all the approvals today and all the newness. I’m so excited. I’ve been working on this for so long, and I’m just ready for it to be done. And to move in,” Jenner said at the end of the video.
Jenner purchased the property in April 2020, the same month she bought a separate $36.5 million estate in Holmby Hills. She’s occasionally shared glimpses of the home’s progress before, including her laundry room and closet.
Reflecting last month on an earlier home purchase from 2018, Jenner told Who What Wear that she moved too fast buying properties when she was younger, admitting she felt she’d lost some control over her life during that period.
