‘GTA 6: The Album’ announced with 34 new tracks from major artists
Rockstar Games and Atlantic Records have announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, an official soundtrack featuring 34 original tracks from a wide-ranging line-up of artists.
The album will be released on November 19, the same day as Grand Theft Auto VI, and six songs have already been released across streaming platforms.
The first batch includes Yung Lean’s “That’s It” featuring Future and Metro Boomin, Travis Scott’s “RHYNO”, and “Sexy Magic” by CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. and Etienne de Crécy.
The remaining three tracks are Morgan Wallen’s “Last Thing You Need”, Rauw Alejandro’s “Macacoa 2000” and Keith Richards’ “Bright Lights, Big City”. Travis Scott’s track was produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo of Daft Punk.
According to Rockstar, the 34-track album is designed to capture the energy of Grand Theft Auto VI’s fictional world of Vice City and Leonida. The game will also feature an updated in-game radio system, a dynamic score and other musical elements.
Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album is available to pre-save, with physical editions including vinyl and CD releases. Special editions include a limited-edition liquid-filled vinyl and a splatter-edition vinyl.
