Doctor Doom battles the Fantastic Four in new ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ collectible
The new collectible offers a closer look at the characters’ potential confrontation in the upcoming movie
Marvel fans have been given a new look at Doctor Doom’s upcoming clash with the Fantastic Four through a Hot Toys collectible inspired by Avengers: Doomsday.
The new display features Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom towering over Marvel’s First Family, with the villain surrounded by green magical energy as the Fantastic Four prepare to fight back.
The collectible includes 1/6-scale figures based on the MCU versions of Doctor Doom, Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm. Pedro Pascal’s Mister Fantastic can be seen reaching towards Doom, while Vanessa Kirby’s Invisible Woman raises her hands and Joseph Quinn’s Human Torch and Ebon Moss-Bachrach’s Thing join the confrontation.
The display gives fans an early glimpse at the long-running rivalry between Doctor Doom and the Fantastic Four ahead of its expected expansion in Avengers: Doomsday. Doom has been one of the Fantastic Four’s most prominent comic-book enemies since his first appearance in Fantastic Four #5 in 1962.
The collectible also reflects the MCU’s new direction for the character. Downey is set to portray Victor von Doom in Avengers: Doomsday after previously playing Tony Stark/Iron Man throughout the Infinity Saga.
Hot Toys has not yet confirmed pricing or a release date for the Doctor Doom and Fantastic Four showdown set. The display joins a growing collection of Avengers: Doomsday-inspired figures featuring characters including Thor, Professor X, Cyclops, Gambit and Magneto.
Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on December 18, 2026. The film is expected to bring together characters from across the MCU and other Marvel worlds, with the Fantastic Four among the returning heroes.
The new collectible offers a closer look at the characters’ potential confrontation while fans wait to see Doctor Doom and the Fantastic Four face off on the big screen.
