Clavicular gets trolled after being ‘mogged’ by judge during Florida alligator shooting hearing

Clavicular and Cuban Tarzan will avoid jail time provided they complete 20 hours of community service together
‘Looksmaxxing’ influencer Clavicular has reached a plea agreement in connection with a Florida case involving the shooting of an alligator, according to court proceedings reported on May 17, 2026.
Clavicular, whose legal name is Braden Eric Peters, entered a no contest plea after being captured on video shooting at a dead alligator. His co-defendant, Andrew Morales, known online as Cuban Tarzan, was included in the same agreement.
Under the terms of the plea deal, both individuals will avoid jail time provided they complete 20 hours of community service together. They will also be required to take a wildlife safety course through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The community service will not be permitted to be streamed or publicly broadcast.
Authorities warned that any breach of the agreement could result in up to one year in jail for both defendants.
Clavicular’s attorney, Jeffrey Neiman, said in a statement, “has accepted responsibility for his conduct and reached a resolution that appropriately reflects the circumstances of this incident.”
He added, “Importantly, no individual was injured, and the alligator involved was already deceased prior to the events at issue,” and confirmed that “Braden will complete a firearms safety course, and adjudication has been withheld,” noting that his client is “committed to moving forward responsibly.”
The statement also thanked the court and prosecution for their handling of the case.
What drew widespread attention online was the perceived contrast between the defendant and the presiding judge.
Footage from the hearing sparked a wave of memes, with users joking that the judge had “framemogged” Clavicular.
The images were widely shared across social media, turning the brief courtroom appearance into a viral moment and generating extensive commentary on the influencer’s public image.
