Bill Gates reveals tech industry’s chilling AI secret

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has expressed serious concerns about how artificial intelligence could change the world and negatively affect a large part of the global population.

In a recent interview with The New York Times, Gates spoke about the potential dangers of AI, including its impact on jobs and human life.

He said the risks associated with AI need urgent attention and should become “the world’s top priority.”

Gates also claimed that the technology industry may be downplaying these risks because of the large amount of money involved.

“In private, people who understand how good this stuff is, and how much better it’s getting, they’re very worried,” Gates told The New York Times. “But few tech executives are willing to publicly admit that.”

Gates said he does not like delivering bad news or suggesting that innovation could have more negative effects than positive ones, but he believes the world has reached that point.

“I don’t like bringing bad news to people, and I don’t like saying that innovation may be a net negative. But that’s where we are,” he said.
