Ariana Grande hits a high note during awkward moment

Ariana Grande’s inner performer couldn’t help but make an appearance in the middle of an awkward moment.
Amid Wicked: For Good promotions, a video from last year’s European premiere of Wicked has surfaced over social media showing the 7 Rings hitmaker and her co-star Cynthia Erivo assisting a content creator after a mishap during photos.
In the clip, the duo were posing with a group of fans and creators when someone accidentally spilled a glass of champagne on one of the attendees.
Just as the glass shattered, Grande’s singer instincts took over as she delivered a high note with a hilariously serious expression, sending fans in stitches.
One social media user wrote on X (formerly twitter), “like so much. ari’s face and then she hits that note [crying emoji].”
“How Ariana just sang one little note after the glass shattered. like ‘ooooooo'[crying and laughing emoji],” another wrote as they couldn’t get enough of the moment.
A third chimed in saying, “This is frying me why did she start singing esjdhejs.”
The former Disney star’s reaction appeared to be pure instinct. Right after giving a quick sound effect to the scene, she immediately turned to check on the affected guest who was one of the South African content creators while Erivo, 38, rushed to grab tissues and help clean up.
The guest, known on TikTok as Tricia The Angel, recently shared a video recounting the incident, praising both stars for their kindness.
She revealed that as she was struggling with the burning eyes the two actresses gently wiped the alcohol from her face, comforted her, and made sure she was completely okay.
“The two of them were so sweet and so kind and took the time to comfort me until I started to feel better and i was smiling,” Tricia recalled. “They turned the most embarrassing moment into the most memorable human moments of my life.”
She told viewers that if they hadn’t yet found a reason to watch Wicked Part 2, this moment alone should be enough to motivate them, emphasising just how genuinely kind and sweet Grande and Erivo are, inside and out.
