Georgina Rodriguez spills beauty of marrying Cristiano Ronaldo in their ‘living room’

Georgina Rodriguez and Cristiano Ronaldo are opening up about their intimate wedding ceremony around their children.

The 41 year-old footballer and his model girlfriend tied the knot earlier this month surrounded by twins Eva Maria and Mateo, 9, daughter Alana, 8, daughter Bella, 4, and 16-year-old son Cristiano Jr.

Speaking to Vogue about their wedding, The couple revealed they chose to get married “in the living room of our house here… where we have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and where we live the reality of our lives.” 

“In 30 years’ time, I want the children to think, ‘Something wonderful happened at this table — the wedding vows of our parents,’” Rodriguez said.

Ronaldo then quipped: “It probably won’t be the same table. We might change the decor.”

“When I was a little girl, I dreamt of the biggest castle, the biggest carriage, the longest dress, a crown full of diamonds. And now I’m saying, ‘No. I want something intimate, with my partner and our children, at home.’ Because castles, houses, islands, horses, cars: We have all of that within reach every day. But something intimate — that’s more unusual for us,” Rodríguez told Vogue.
