Star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly departed Riyadh for Madrid aboard his private jet after recent Iranian attacks heightened tensions in the region.
According to a British newspaper, Ronaldo’s aircraft took off from Riyadh at approximately 8:00 pm local time and landed in Madrid around 1:00 am. Flight tracking data indicated that the jet passed over Egypt and the Mediterranean Sea during its journey.
The report further stated that the aircraft is valued at an estimated £61 million. Ronaldo has been residing in Riyadh with his partner and their five children.
However, the newspaper noted that it could not be confirmed whether his family members were on board the flight.
