ISLAMABAD: In a major development, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Sunday announced boycotting the voting in both the National Assembly and the Senate over what it terms “controversial and non-transparent” amendments to the Constitution which are set to be tabled by the ruling coalition in parliament today.
