The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Saturday decided to appoint wicketkeeper batter Mohammad Rizwan as the vice-captain.
According to details, the captain, coaches, and selection committee had decided to appoint Rizwan as the vice-captain.
Rizwan will continue his role as the vice-captain even after the ongoing home series against New Zealand.
Sources divulged that the meeting of the captain, coaches, and selection committee was held at the private hospital in Islamabad.
