Patrick J Adams breaks silence on Meghan Markle’s post-‘Suits’ life: ‘Insane’

Meghan Markle’s ‘Suits’ costar, Patrick J. Adams, has apparently observed the “insane” things she has faced over the past few years since her last on-screen role.

The 44-year-old actor made a recent appearance on the ‘Not Skinny But Not Fat’ podcast with Amanda Hirsch and they talked about their mutual acquaintance, the Duchess of Sussex.

Amanda told Patrick that Meghan sent her a handwritten note after she posted about her on social media before the premiere of With Love, Meghan, via People.

“I haven’t met her,” Hirsch told her guest. “The way that happened was that her show was coming out, and I had said on my Instagram, where I say stupid s***, that I am worried for Meghan. ‘Cause you know, you’ve been protective over her in the past.”

In response, Patrick said, “What she’s gone through is insane,” to which Amanda agreed.

Elsewhere during the conversation, Amanda also pointed at Patrick’s bio on his official Instagram account, which has a reference to Meghan.

The bio says, “the other guy from that show that you’re watching on that app because that girl married that prince.”

“I’ve got to change that,” Patrick said, but Amanda opposed the idea.

Patrick added, “It’s the sort of thing that wherever Meghan is, if she’s ever read that, she’s going, ‘Patrick, give me a break'”

It is pertinent to mention that Patrick and Meghan were cast as the love interest, Mike Ross and Rachel Zane, on the USA Network series that ran for seven seasons.

Prince Harry fell in love with Meghan while she was still filming the series and got married after she left the show in 2018.
