List of Blake Lively’s dismissed and allowed claims against Justin Baldoni

A US judge on Thursday dismissed actor Blake Lively’s sexual harassment claims in her lawsuit against actor and director Justin Baldoni, significantly narrowing her case over the filming of their 2024 romantic drama “It Ends With Us.”
District Judge Lewis Liman’s 152-page decision followed more than a year of acrimonious litigation over the movie, in which Lively and Baldoni co-starred and which Baldoni directed.
The three claims allowed to proceed to trial (currently scheduled for May 2026) are:
Breach of contract
Retaliation
Aiding and abetting retaliation
The 10 claims dismissed by the judge are:
Sexual harassment (including Title VII and California FEHA claims)
Defamation
Civil conspiracy
Failure to investigate, prevent, or remedy harassment
Aiding and abetting harassment
Intentional infliction of emotional distress
Negligent infliction of emotional distress
Interference with prospective economic advantage
Certain retaliation claims (e.g., Title VII retaliation and specific California Labor Code retaliation)
Additional related tort and statutory claims contributing to the total of 10.
