
Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi expressed gratitude for Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts, saying that Pakistan’s initiatives are commendable and Iran is thankful for them.
In his tweet, the Iranian foreign minister said , “Iran’s position is being misrepresented by U.S. media. We are deeply grateful to Pakistan for its efforts and have never refused to go to Islamabad. What we care about are the terms of a conclusive and lasting END to the illegal war that is imposed on us”.

Seyed Abbas Araghchi also extended good wishes to Pakistan, saying, “Long live Pakistan, thank you Pakistan.”
Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar thanked the Iranian foreign minister for his statement.
In his message on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Ishaq Dar said, “Brother Araghchi, we are grateful for your clarification.”
