Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on Thursday that it “coordinated” 220 attacks with allies in the region, targeting US- and Israel-linked sites, according to the state-run IRNA news agency.

The IRGC said the operations were conducted across the “resistance fronts”, including 87 by Hezbollah in Lebanon, 23 by Iraqi groups, and 110 drone and missile operations by Iranian armed forces.

The operations “mark the beginning of a ‘different era’ and a new front”, said the IRGC, against US and Israeli “aggressors”.

It added attacks, as part of the 82nd wave of its “True Promise 4” operation, were carried against targets in Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Command-and-control centres, communication radars and drone hangars of US and Israeli forces were targeted, it said, and strikes hit multiple locations, including Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel, as well as areas in northern, central and southern Tel Aviv, and Haifa, along with US military bases in Al Dhafra in the UAE, Ali Al Salem and Arifjan in Kuwait, and Al Kharj in Saudi Arabia.

“The attacks were carried out using precision-guided missile systems, including Kheibar Shekan, Zulfiqar, Emad, and Qadr, as well as loitering munitions,” said the IRGC.
