Hugh Jackman gets emotional as he takes a trip down the memory lane.
The Deadpool & Wolverine star took to Instagram to share his experience starring alongside Ke Huy Quan, who worked as part of the stunt team.
The 55-year-old actor, who met the Everything Everywhere All At Once star on the set of the first X-Men film in 2000, came together again for film producer Kevin Feige.
Sharing a photo with his estranged friend, Hugh penned a heartfelt caption that read, “One of the many cool things about the [Wolverine] movie being released is so many moments are happening that are making me appreciate the 25 years that I’ve been playing Wolverine.”
The Greatest Showman actor continued, “And so the other day the Walk of Fame induction ceremony for Kevin Feigy. I saw Kihui Kwan (Ke Huy) and of course, he won an Oscar recently and his story is incredible, and his career is incredible.”
Hugh didn’t hold back from sharing his experience as he embraced Quan after 25 years, adding, “And we saw each other, and we embraced because we worked together on X-Men One. He was in the stunt team at the time working on that movie.”
In the photo, the two could be seen flashing beaming smiles with Hugh leaning on his ‘long lost’ friend for support as they posed for the picture together.
This comes after the actor paid tribute to his high school music teacher Brian Buggy this week following his death at the age of 83.
