‘DWTS’ Season 35 Week 7 recap: Two couples go home on horror-inspired Halloween Night
The remaining contestants will return for Disney Night next week, continuing their bid to win the competition
Two couples have been eliminated from Dancing With the Stars following Halloween Night, which featured routines inspired by horror films including Sinners, The Omen and Saw.
Savannah Bananas midfielder Jackson Olson and partner Emma Slater, alongside reality star Tyler Cameron and professional dancer Sharna Burgess, were sent home during the double elimination on October 27, 2026.
The episode featured guest judge Shirley Ballas, renowned ballroom dancer and mother of professional dancer Mark Ballas.
Contestants performed routines inspired by popular horror films, with Harry Shum Jr. and Jenna Johnson earning the night’s only perfect score of 40 for their contemporary routine inspired by Saw.
Jenna Dewan and Val Chmerkovskiy impressed the judges with an Argentine tango inspired by zombie films, scoring 37 out of 40.
Comedian Connor Wood and Rylee Arnold also earned 37 points for their contemporary performance inspired by Annabelle: Creation.
Paralympian Ezra Frech and Daniella Karagach scored 36 points with a jazz routine inspired by The Invisible Man.
Figure skater Amber Glenn and Pasha Pashkov matched that score with an Argentine tango inspired by Black Swan.
Olson and Slater performed a contemporary routine inspired by Joker, earning 35 points, while Cameron and Burgess scored 26 for their Viennese waltz inspired by Bram Stoker’s Dracula.
The eliminations followed a week without departures, setting up a double exit. The remaining contestants will return for Disney Night next week, continuing their bid to win the competition.
