Chad Lowe shares emotional message after daughter Fiona’s tragic death
Chad Lowe has returned to social media following the tragic death of his 13-year-old daughter, Fiona.
Taking to his Instagram handle on Friday, the Life Goes On actor posted a video of author Gerry Hussey discussing grief.
“We both possess the human and the divine. We are connected to everything that is. It just makes sense, and there’s nothing there but peace and love,” Gerry says in the clip
“So when we die, where do we go? We return to a state of peace and love,” he adds.
For those unversed, Chad and his wife, Kim Painter, announced the death of their daughter last month.
“We are deeply heartbroken by the loss of our beloved Fiona,” the family said in a statement shared with People magazine at that time. “She was a loving young girl who was smart, creative and loved to dance.”
“She was adored by her sisters and she was deeply loved by her parents. In fact, she was the light of our lives,” the Lowe family continued. “Her passing is devastating for our entire family and we ask for prayers and privacy at this time.”
“If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, please reach out to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988,” the statement concluded.
