Princess Diana, brother Charles relationship limited to ‘Wimbeldon tickets’

Charles Spencer was not a part of Princess Diana’s final years.

Princess Diana’s brother, who has recently launched a book on the life of his elder sister, was nowhere to be seen days before her death.

Former royal Butler Paul Burrell tells Piers Morgan Uncensored: “They barely spoke. He was not part of her world.”  

Speaking about Earl’s Diana memoir, Swan Song, he said: “I’d think those last five years . . .  are pretty vague in the book because he knows nothing about them. 

“She said, ‘My family only want me when they want the best seats in the best restaurants or want to sit in the Royal Box at Wimbledon,’” bureau said of Diana as he explained her relationship with Charles Spencer.
