A four-hour documentary solely about Elon Musk hit the Venice Film Festival.
But the Tesla founder did not find the film amusing.
Taking to X, the tech mogul slammed the documentary’s director, Alex Gibney.
“He just assembled a hit list of people who either have an axe to grind or don’t even know me (but still have an axe to grind),” Musk wrote.
He continued, “He has ZERO integrity. Horrible human.”
It is not immediately clear whether Musk commented on the documentary after seeing it.
Meanwhile, the documentary titled Musk received a four-minute standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival.
Interestingly, the owner of social media platform X did not give an interview for the documentary.
Instead, Gibney used an AI avatar of Musk, which spoke for him about statements he had already made.
But people in the mega-billionaire’s current and former circle do show up for the interviews.
They are Musk’s first wife, Justine Musk; his father, Errol Musk; Ashley St Clair, the mother of his 13th child; Geoffrey Hinton, the “godfather of AI”; Tesla co-founder Martin Eberhard; and LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, among others.
