Kaia Jordan Gerber calls her relationship with Lewis Pullman ‘challenging?’
Kaia Jordan Gerber recently revealed what she loves the most about her relationship with Lewis Pullman.
For those unaware, Gerber and Pullman have been romantically linked since January 2025; however, the pair chooses to keep their relationship private away from public scrutiny.
While giving an interview to Vogue for a new September 2026 cover published on August 11, the 24-year-old American model and actress opened up about dating in the public eye, especially when Pullman’s parents are also famous: actor Bill Pullman and dancer Tamara Hurwitz.
Gerber went on to tell the outlet that her relationship with the Avengers: Doomsday star is the “healthiest and most adult relationship of her life.”
She explained, “I think the ultimate goal is that your relationship doesn’t change you, that you’re not code switching between relationship, friendship, professional life. I would love to always feel like me, and in this relationship I’m having the pleasure of doing that.”
The Mother Mary actress reflected on the benefits of keeping their dating life private, quipping, “There are so few things you get to protect as a famous person, and being defined by who you date when you’re 18 is something I find challenging.”
Referring to her dating history, as she has dated Austin Butler and Jacob Elordi in recent years, Gerber admitted that she has faced “misogynistic” labels such as “serial dater, slut, greedy.”
Notably, she listened to her mother, Cindy Crawford’s, advice when she got involved in Lewis Pullman.
“My mom is always like, Just don’t make the same mistake twice. And I’m pretty good at not,” Kaia Jordan Gerber shared.
