Country singer and content creator Tayler Holder has announced the cancellation of his upcoming “When No One’s Around” tour, stating that he can no longer ignore ongoing mental health struggles and needs to step back to focus on his well-being.
In an emotional message shared on Instagram Holder described the decision as one of the most difficult of his career, apologizing to fans who were anticipating the performances.
He revealed that over the past several months, he has been dealing with persistent mental health challenges that he attempted to manage while continuing his professional commitments.
The former TikTok star said he had been trying to push through the pressure and remain dedicated to his music and supporters, but ultimately reached a point where he felt unable to continue without taking time off.
Holder further shared that despite achieving major success in his career, he has recently experienced feelings of isolation and emotional exhaustion. He expressed regret over the tour cancellation, saying that stepping away was necessary for his recovery.
He added that he intends to take time to rest, seek support, and focus on rebuilding his mental health away from the demands of touring. He noted that the break is aimed at returning stronger and delivering performances that meet both his expectations and those of his fans.
Concluding his message, Holder thanked fans for their understanding, patience, and continued support, encouraging them to look after themselves and others. He simply captioned the post, “I’m sorry.”
