Pakistan to host Australia in exciting three-match ODI series

Australia’s men’s cricket team will tour Pakistan for a three-match ODI series the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Thursday setting the stage for a high-intensity clash between two top cricketing nations.

The Australian squad will arrive in Islamabad on May 23 with anticipation building for another competitive chapter in the Pakistan–Australia cricket rivalry.

The action begins on May 30 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium where the first ODI is expected to deliver a thrilling start to the series.

The second and third ODIs will be played at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on June 2 and June 4 bringing the series to an exciting finish in one of Pakistan’s most energetic cricket venues.

All three matches are scheduled to start at 4:30 pm local time with the toss set for 4:00 pm.

This will be Australia’s first bilateral ODI series in Pakistan since 2022 adding extra significance to the tour. Earlier this year Australia also played a T20I series in Lahore, where Pakistan secured a dominant 3-0 victory.

Australia also featured in Pakistan during the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 including a notable five-wicket win over England in Lahore.

With both teams in strong form and packed with world-class talent the series is expected to deliver intense competition, big moments, and high-voltage cricket for fans.
