King Charles III has arrived in Bermuda for a solo royal engagement following the conclusion of a four-day state visit to the United States with Queen Camilla.
Buckingham Palace confirmed that the King will undertake a series of official engagements in the British Overseas Territory, marking his first visit to Bermuda as monarch. Queen Camilla did not accompany him and is expected to remain in the United States for the time being.

The King arrived in Hamilton, where he was received by Governor Andrew Murdoch, Premier David Burt, and other senior dignitaries.
His visit will include a ceremonial welcome featuring a 21-gun salute and a guard of honour provided by the Royal Bermuda Regiment.
The Bermuda stop follows a high-profile diplomatic tour of the United States, which concluded with a farewell meeting at the White House with US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump.
During the US visit, the royal couple also took part in a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, where King Charles paid tribute at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery.
Earlier, they visited Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, joining community celebrations marking the 250th anniversary of US independence.
The event in Front Royal featured parades, performances, and local gatherings, where the royal couple also contributed homemade items, including baked goods and honey from royal beehives.
The US tour combined formal diplomacy with public engagements, drawing large crowds despite heightened security.
Now in Bermuda, King Charles is set to continue his programme of engagements focused on strengthening ties with British Overseas Territories and reaffirming the monarchy’s global presence.
