The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has formally announced the schedule and arrangements for ticket sales of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) final, outlining a structured plan for both online and physical ticket distribution ahead of the marquee event.
As per the official schedule online ticket sales will commence on April 27 while physical ticket distribution will begin on April 28. To ensure smooth access for fans the PCB has designated 18 courier company outlets across different locations for the sale and issuance of physical tickets.
Spectators planning to attend the PSL final scheduled for May 3 have been advised to reach the venue by 6:30 PM to facilitate smooth entry and avoid last-minute congestion at the stadium gates. Authorities have emphasized timely arrival to ensure efficient crowd management on match day.
Ticket prices have been categorized according to enclosures ranging from Rs1,500 to Rs12,000, providing a tiered structure to accommodate a wide range of cricket enthusiasts while maintaining accessibility.
Earlier in the tournament PSL 2026 matches were conducted without spectators due to government-imposed austerity measures and security concerns linked to the prevailing diplomatic and administrative situation. At that stage, authorities prioritized safety and resource management, resulting in closed-door fixtures.
However a key development has now been confirmed. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has approved the presence of spectators for the PSL final. The decision was disclosed by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi who stated that he had requested permission to allow fans into the stadium.
He further noted that although initial considerations aligned with ongoing austerity policies, including efforts to reduce fuel consumption and manage national resources, the final approval was granted after consultations with relevant stakeholders.
With this decision, the PSL final is set to witness a full return of live crowd energy, restoring a vibrant atmosphere to one of Pakistan’s most celebrated sporting events.
