Hulu casts Bobbi Althoff in ‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ spinoff

Bobbi Althoff is officially joining the next chapter of the Mormon Wives universe. Hulu just confirmed on April 22 that the podcast host and influencer will star in the highly anticipated spinoff, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County, alongside seven other dynamic personalities.

The new series promises drama, scandals, and unfiltered looks at motherhood in the West Coast.

Set to premiere in 2026, the series will follow a group of young mothers living in an affluent suburb of Los Angeles, exploring the intersection of faith, identity, and modern lifestyles.

According to the official logline, the show will highlight contrasting perspectives within the group, as some participants defend traditional values while others embrace change.

“Scandals and secrets will be revealed, facades will crumble, and families and friendships will change forever,” the description states, positioning the series as a dramatic look into evolving social dynamics.

Despite the title, the show will adopt a broader casting approach, with participants not required to be members of Latter-day Saints. Producers say the series focuses more on identity and lifestyle than strict religious affiliation.

Bobbi Althoff gained prominence through her podcast, The Really Good Podcast, where she has interviewed major celebrities such as Drake and Lil Yachty.

She began creating content in 2021, focusing on her experiences as a mother. Speaking to People in March 2026, Althoff said her relationship with basketball player Tyler Hawkins was going strong.

Meanwhile, Aspyn Ovard joins the show with a strong digital presence, having built a following of over five million across YouTube and social media over the past decade.

Although she grew up near a Latter-day Saints community in Utah, she is not Mormon, reflecting the show’s inclusive casting direction.

Her personal life has also attracted attention, including her paused divorce from Parker Ferris and her confirmed relationship with Bri Davis in 2026.

The cast also features podcast host Avery Woods, content creator Salomé Andrea, McCall DaPron, Chandler Higginson, entrepreneur Ashleigh Pease, and Madison Bontempo, rounding out a diverse lineup of influencers set to bring new energy to the franchise.
