
DOHA: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in Doha today after successfully concluding his visit to Saudi Arabia, marking the second leg of his ongoing three-nation diplomatic tour aimed at strengthening regional engagement.
Upon arrival at Doha International Airport, the Prime Minister and his delegation were warmly received by Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi.
A ceremonial guard of honour was presented by the Qatar Armed Forces, while Pakistani and Qatari flags were displayed at the airport, reflecting the close and friendly ties between the two countries.

During his stay in Doha, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to hold an important bilateral meeting with the Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. The discussions are expected to focus on strengthening bilateral cooperation across various sectors and exchanging views on regional and global peace initiatives.
The Prime Minister is accompanied by a high-level delegation, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi, and other senior officials.

According to official sources, the visit is part of Pakistan’s broader diplomatic outreach strategy aimed at enhancing ties with key regional partners amid evolving geopolitical dynamics.
Earlier, the Prime Minister concluded his visit to Saudi Arabia, where he held high-level talks with the Kingdom’s leadership focused on bilateral relations and regional stability.
Following his engagements in Qatar, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to travel to Türkiye to attend the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, where he will participate in the Leaders’ Panel and present Pakistan’s perspective on key global and regional issues.
On the sidelines of the forum, he is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and other world leaders.
The visit reflects Pakistan’s continued diplomatic outreach and its efforts to promote cooperation, dialogue, and regional stability.
