Perry faces scrutiny after multiple accounts surface of the singer’s alleged encounters with people, including Rose
A drag performer has shared a detailed allegation involving Katy Perry, adding to renewed scrutiny following a separate claim made by actor Ruby Rose, according to posts circulating on social media.
The individual, identified on Threads as Jordana L Moore, described an encounter with Perry during an early point in the singer’s career after attending a concert at The Fillmore. Moore said she had been invited backstage through a mutual industry connection and was introduced to Perry following the show.
According to Moore, the interaction changed after Perry learned she performed in a drag band. “You do DRAG?” Moore recalled Perry saying before pulling her away from the meet-and-greet area and into a dressing room.
Moore alleged that the situation became uncomfortable once inside, describing how Perry presented a costume and insisted it be worn. “Put this on!” Moore said Perry told her. When she hesitated, Moore claimed the situation escalated physically. “I’m like STOP but she’s not stopping.”
She further stated that the incident was interrupted when a manager entered the room and redirected Perry back to scheduled commitments. Moore said she left shortly afterwards, describing both herself and her companion as unsettled by the experience.
Moore concluded her account by stating that the encounter shaped her view of the singer’s behaviour, alleging a lack of understanding of consent.
The claims surfaced shortly after Ruby Rose publicly alleged that Perry had sexually assaulted her in the past, a claim Perry’s rep has now denied.
