Ellie Goulding announces birth of second child with partner Beau Minniear
The singer also shares her four and a half years-old son Arthur with former husband Caspar Jopling
Ellie Goulding has announced the birth of her second child, welcoming a baby girl with her partner Beau Minniear.
The singer shared the news on Instagram Stories, confirming that she gave birth on Friday, March 6 and expressing gratitude to the medical team who supported her during the delivery. The newborn is Goulding’s first child with Minniear and her second overall.
“On Friday, I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl. We are totally obsessed with her,” she wrote.

Goulding also acknowledged the care she received from the staff at St Mary’s Hospital, noting the timing of the birth around International Women’s Day.
“It was fitting that I spent International Women’s Day with her and the incredible female team at St Mary’s, who provided me and my baby with extraordinary care and kindness. I will always be in awe of midwives.”
The singer said the new arrival has been warmly welcomed by her son Arthur, aged four and a half, whom she shares with her former husband Caspar Jopling.
Alongside the announcement, Goulding posted images of her newborn daughter as well as photos from the moment she returned home, including a cake decorated with the words “baby sister” and celebratory decorations.

The singer first revealed that she was expecting her second child during an appearance at the Fashion Awards in London in December 2025, where she displayed her pregnancy on the red carpet.
Goulding and Minniear publicly confirmed their relationship in September after being seen together in London. The pair had reportedly been spending time together since at least July.
