KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed another significant jump on Monday, marking a continued upward trend in the local bullion market.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association(APGJA), the price of gold per tola increased by Rs9,200, reaching Rs464,762.
The association further stated that the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs7,888 to Rs398,458.
In the international market, gold prices also moved higher, climbing by $92 to settle at $4,424 per ounce.
It is worth noting that just a day earlier, the price of gold per tola had already surged by Rs4,700, highlighting sustained volatility and strong upward pressure in both local and global markets.
